Quality and Food Safety
Our ongoing quality work ensures that both our products and our processes maintain a high and consistent standard. This permeates throughout our operations, and we undergo annual evaluations through third-party audits. We were the first mill in Sweden to certify according to BRC, which we are very proud of. We continued our improvement efforts by transitioning to FSSC 22 000 in 2015, which is an ISO-based and GFSI-approved standard.
Social responsibility
We care about our employees, our community, and Swedish agriculture.
Our responsibility towards our employees is manifested through workplace safety, as well as consideration for the individual. Our employees, their health, and overall well-being are of utmost importance to us. We proactively work towards this goal, offering health education, a smoke-free workplace, subsidized fitness activities, and providing fresh fruits.
Our local responsibility involves sponsoring local sports clubs with dedicated youth programs that emphasize strong moral values.
We support Swedish agriculture by exclusively milling Swedish grains. We maintain close relationships with local farmers, collaborating by identifying the grain varieties we have demand for in the mill, and thereby expressing our interest in purchasing.
